By using WigTryAI, you agree to follow this policy. It forms part of our consumer Terms and Seller Terms.
Scope and permitted use
WigTryAI is for AI wig and hairstyle previews. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users, including consumers, sellers, and their customers, and to uploads, reference images, prompts, generated results, product listings, comments, and shared content. You must comply with this policy when using the service or attempting to generate content.
No NSFW or sexual content
You must not upload, request, generate, publish, or share NSFW (not safe for work), pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content through WigTryAI. This includes nudity, sexual acts, erotic content, sexualized poses, and attempts to undress or sexualize any person. This prohibition applies to real and fictional people, including AI-generated people, even when the subject consents.
Child protection and consent
Any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, or sexual abuse material involving minors or people presented as minors is strictly prohibited. You must not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or content that exploits another person. Only upload photos and other material you have the right and permission to use.
No harmful or illegal content
You must not use WigTryAI to create, promote, or distribute illegal content, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, graphic violence, or material that encourages violence, terrorism, self-harm, or exploitation. Fraud, deceptive impersonation, privacy violations, and infringement of another person's intellectual property or other rights are also prohibited.
Do not bypass safeguards
You must not evade content restrictions, safety filters, account restrictions, or other safeguards. Disguising prohibited requests, modifying prompts or images to bypass safeguards, or using multiple accounts to continue prohibited activity is not allowed. A generated result does not mean that the content is permitted under this policy.
Enforcement
You are responsible for your inputs, requests, and use or sharing of generated results. If you encounter a prohibited result, do not publish or share it; report it to us. We may reject requests, remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate access, and take further action where required by law in response to violations. These rules apply to both free and paid use.
Report a violation
For policy questions or to report suspected misuse, email support@wigtryai.com with a brief description and the relevant page link or generation ID if available. Do not attach prohibited sexual or illegal material.
