If you accidentally subscribe or experience a billing issue, contact support@wigtryai.com within 7 days. Refunds are reviewed case by case and may be handled through Creem when Creem checkout was used.

If an AI try-on generation fails, the app returns that try-on credit to the seller balance automatically. Normal generated previews consume credits even when the preview is not a perfect match.

Sellers may schedule a paid monthly plan cancellation from Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, then the account returns to the Free plan.

WigTry AI sells monthly software subscriptions for AI virtual wig try-on credits. We do not sell physical wigs or beauty products.
