Terms of Service

WigTry AI is operated by Junjie Zou. Sellers can create a hosted try-on store, upload wig product images, share customer pages, and use monthly credits to generate AI try-on previews.

You are responsible for product listings, customer communication, and any physical goods you sell outside WigTry AI. We do not sell physical wigs or beauty products.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend access if the service is used for abuse, illegal content, misleading listings, or attempts to bypass plan limits.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Credits reset each billing period and unused credits do not roll over. Creem processes paid subscriptions where Creem checkout is used.

Sellers can schedule a paid subscription cancellation from Billing. Access continues until the end of the current paid period, then the store returns to the Free plan.

AI previews are estimates for visualization. They may be inaccurate and should not be treated as guarantees of fit, color, or product quality.
