Your original selfie is deleted from WigTryAI storage within 24 hours. Generated previews remain available in history; contact support for broader deletion requests.
Share control
Generated previews are not posted publicly unless you choose to share them. Shared links can be reported or removed.
Credits
Credits requests use the same account and try-on records as the main Wig Try AI experience.
Analytics
PostHog measures aggregate product use. WigTryAI also keeps a first-party customer activity history for support and troubleshooting, including page paths, visit duration, selfie selection, sign-ins, try-on status, sharing, and credit activity. Detailed activity is retained for up to 180 days; filenames, selfie files, and form contents are not included.
